When he wakes up, he proves to suffer partial loss of memory and can remember nothing but his high school graduation. The people he now feels closest to are his former schoolmates, and he decides to return to his small hometown by the sea and find them. Filled with enthusiasm and untypical of his age high spirits that he is, he is stunned to face the sulky and dissatisfied people they have become.
